Luego, el haz alcanza la superficie en un \u00e1ngulo de moderado a alto. En consecuencia, la luz regresa hacia la c\u00e1mara de acuerdo con la normal local de la superficie. Por lo tanto, el brillo de la imagen codifica tanto la reflectancia como la orientaci\u00f3n en cada punto. En las superficies mates, la reflexi\u00f3n es mayoritariamente difusa, por lo que la imagen se mantiene relativamente plana. Por esta raz\u00f3n, es adecuada para texto impreso y marcas bidimensionales. Por el contrario, en las superficies texturizadas, la luz directa proyecta sombras que revelan el relieve.      <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u00e1ngulo entre la iluminaci\u00f3n y el eje \u00f3ptico es la variable cr\u00edtica. Por ejemplo, los \u00e1ngulos peque\u00f1os cerca de la alineaci\u00f3n coaxial causan deslumbramiento en las superficies especulares. Sin embargo, los \u00e1ngulos grandes cercanos a los 90 grados crean condiciones de campo oscuro que resaltan los bordes. En la pr\u00e1ctica, los \u00e1ngulos entre 20 y 45 grados son adecuados para la iluminaci\u00f3n directa de uso general.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Iluminaci\u00f3n frontal de fuente \u00fanica y distribuida<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La luz directa puede utilizar un solo panel lateral, dos paneles opuestos o una matriz de cuatro lados. La disposici\u00f3n de cuatro lados se aproxima a la uniformidad de una iluminaci\u00f3n anular o iluminaci\u00f3n de c\u00fapula. Por lo tanto, la elecci\u00f3n depende de la simetr\u00eda de las caracter\u00edsticas, la tolerancia a las sombras y el espacio disponible.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aplicaciones industriales t\u00edpicas<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La iluminaci\u00f3n frontal directa se adapta a many tareas de superficie. Por ejemplo, sirve para OCR en etiquetas y lectura de c\u00f3digos 1D o 2D en sustratos planos. Adem\u00e1s, es compatible con la inspecci\u00f3n de PCB, donde los componentes deben identificarse y verificarse. Tambi\u00e9n cubre el control de calidad de medios impresos para color y registro. Adem\u00e1s, verifica los c\u00f3digos de fecha y lote de inyecci\u00f3n de tinta en los envases. Finalmente, revela marcas en la superficie, rastros de mecanizado y defectos visibles en piezas met\u00e1licas.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Criterios de selecci\u00f3n y consideraciones de dise\u00f1o<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En primer lugar, el \u00e1rea de emisi\u00f3n debe cubrir todo el campo de visi\u00f3n sin ca\u00edda en los bordes. A continuaci\u00f3n, la dispersi\u00f3n angular de la luz establece el equilibrio entre el retorno especular y difuso. Sin embargo, una mayor difusi\u00f3n suprime el deslumbramiento, pero reduce el contraste en la textura tridimensional.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El contenido espectral tambi\u00e9n depende del objetivo. La luz blanca es la opci\u00f3n predeterminada para el color y la obtenci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes en general. Por el contrario, la luz monocrom\u00e1tica es de ayuda cuando la c\u00e1mara es monocrom\u00e1tica y se conoce la reflectancia. Por ejemplo, un iluminador rojo en una marca verde maximiza el contraste, porque la tinta verde absorbs la luz roja.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para l\u00edneas de alta velocidad, la luz debe emitir pulsos en sincron\u00eda con la c\u00e1mara. De lo contrario, el funcionamiento continuo causa desenfoque de movimiento por encima de unos pocos cientos de mil\u00edmetros por segundo. Por lo tanto, el funcionamiento pulsado es esencial en transportadores r\u00e1pidos.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polarizaci\u00f3n para la supresi\u00f3n de deslumbramiento<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En pl\u00e1sticos semibrillantes o metales recubiertos, el deslumbramiento es un problema frecuente. En consecuencia, las caracter\u00edsticas paralelas al eje proyectan sombras fuertes, mientras que las caracter\u00edsticas perpendiculares pueden desaparecer. Sin embargo, varias fuentes en diferentes \u00e1ngulos reducen este efecto. A cambio, a\u00f1aden requisitos de cableado, sincronizaci\u00f3n y espacio.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En metal pulido o vidrio, la luz directa crea f\u00e1cilmente puntos calientes saturados. En estos casos, las geometr\u00edas coaxiales, de c\u00fapula o de campo oscuro funcionan mejor. Sin embargo, la iluminaci\u00f3n frontal directa sigue siendo la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s flexible y de menor costo para objetivos mates y semimates.
