Lorsqu&rsquo;un convoyeur avance \u00e0 1 m\u00e8tre par seconde et que le temps d&rsquo;exposition de la cam\u00e9ra descend \u00e0 100 microsecondes, l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 lumineuse disponible devient le facteur limitant de la nettet\u00e9 de l&rsquo;image et de la visibilit\u00e9 des d\u00e9fauts. La technique de commande en overdrive \u2014 \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e stroboscopie en surintensit\u00e9 ou stroboscopie \u00e0 fort pic \u2014 r\u00e9sout ce probl\u00e8me en d\u00e9livrant une salve de lumi\u00e8re concentr\u00e9e, synchronis\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision sur la fen\u00eatre d&rsquo;exposition de la cam\u00e9ra.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la technique d&rsquo;overdrive ?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;overdrive est une m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage puls\u00e9 dans laquelle le driver LED d\u00e9livre un courant nettement sup\u00e9rieur au courant nominal de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage, typiquement de 3 \u00e0 10 fois la valeur en r\u00e9gime continu. La contrainte essentielle est le rapport cyclique : l&rsquo;impulsion doit \u00eatre assez br\u00e8ve pour \u00e9viter tout dommage thermique \u00e0 la jonction de la LED. Tant que la puissance moyenne dans le temps reste dans les limites thermiques du composant, les LED tol\u00e8rent de br\u00e8ves impulsions de surintensit\u00e9 sans d\u00e9gradation.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il en r\u00e9sulte un pic lumineux plusieurs fois sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9mission continue du m\u00eame \u00e9clairage, ce qui permet \u00e0 la cam\u00e9ra d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir une image nette et correctement expos\u00e9e m\u00eame avec des temps d&rsquo;exposition extr\u00eamement courts.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment cela fonctionne en pratique<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un contr\u00f4leur stroboscopique LED d\u00e9di\u00e9 re\u00e7oit le signal de d\u00e9clenchement de la cam\u00e9ra ou de l&rsquo;automate. Au d\u00e9clenchement, le contr\u00f4leur d\u00e9livre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage une impulsion de courant pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cal\u00e9e dans le temps. La largeur de l&rsquo;impulsion \u2014 typiquement entre 10 et 500 microsecondes \u2014 est calibr\u00e9e sur le temps d&rsquo;exposition de la cam\u00e9ra. Le contr\u00f4leur coupe ensuite totalement le courant jusqu&rsquo;au d\u00e9clenchement suivant.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trois param\u00e8tres d\u00e9finissent le point de fonctionnement en overdrive :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Courant de cr\u00eate<\/strong> \u2014 la valeur de surintensit\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e pendant l&rsquo;impulsion, exprim\u00e9e en multiple de la valeur nominale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Largeur d&rsquo;impulsion<\/strong> \u2014 la dur\u00e9e de l&rsquo;impulsion lumineuse, align\u00e9e sur le temps d&rsquo;exposition de la cam\u00e9ra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9p\u00e9tition<\/strong> \u2014 la cadence des cycles stroboscopiques, d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par la vitesse de la ligne et la cadence d&rsquo;images de la cam\u00e9ra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le produit du courant de cr\u00eate, de la largeur d&rsquo;impulsion et de la fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9p\u00e9tition d\u00e9finit la puissance moyenne dissip\u00e9e dans la LED. Les contr\u00f4leurs d&rsquo;overdrive correctement con\u00e7us imposent des limites configurables sur ces trois param\u00e8tres afin de pr\u00e9venir toute surcharge thermique. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quand utiliser l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage en overdrive<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La technique d&rsquo;overdrive est le bon choix lorsque :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La vitesse de ligne ou le d\u00e9placement de la pi\u00e8ce impose des temps d&rsquo;exposition inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 500 microsecondes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage continu au courant nominal maximal ne fournit pas un contraste suffisant pour une d\u00e9tection fiable des d\u00e9fauts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le rejet de la lumi\u00e8re ambiante est d\u00e9terminant : les impulsions br\u00e8ves rendent l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage ma\u00eetris\u00e9 tr\u00e8s largement dominant sur la lumi\u00e8re de fond<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plusieurs postes d&rsquo;inspection doivent partager un seul contr\u00f4leur stroboscopique via des sorties multicanaux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mode continu standard reste appropri\u00e9 pour les inspections lentes ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;arr\u00eat, les montages de laboratoire et les applications o\u00f9 la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 des LED au rapport cyclique maximal est une exigence de conception.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Synchronisation avec les syst\u00e8mes de cam\u00e9ras industrielles<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un fonctionnement fiable en overdrive repose sur une synchronisation pr\u00e9cise entre la fen\u00eatre d&rsquo;exposition de la cam\u00e9ra et l&rsquo;impulsion lumineuse. La plupart des cam\u00e9ras industrielles fournissent un signal de sortie stroboscopique d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u2014 impulsion TTL ou signal diff\u00e9rentiel \u2014 capable de d\u00e9clencher directement un contr\u00f4leur LED externe. Le contr\u00f4leur \u00e9met alors l&rsquo;impulsion LED dans la fen\u00eatre d&rsquo;obturateur ouvert de la cam\u00e9ra, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement avec un retard configurable compensant la latence du c\u00e2blage et de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9clairages LED RODER Vision sont pleinement compatibles avec les contr\u00f4leurs stroboscopiques d&rsquo;overdrive et acceptent les modes continu et puls\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;une alimentation standard 24 Vcc. La technologie de driver int\u00e9gr\u00e9 RCCR assure une alimentation en courant stable en r\u00e9gime continu, tandis que les contr\u00f4leurs d&rsquo;overdrive externes g\u00e8rent les impulsions \u00e0 courant de cr\u00eate lorsque la luminosit\u00e9 maximale est requise. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Param\u00e8tres cl\u00e9s \u00e0 surveiller<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une configuration incorrecte de l&rsquo;overdrive est la principale cause de d\u00e9faillance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e des LED dans les installations de vision industrielle. Avant la mise en service : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00e9rifier que la puissance moyenne (courant de cr\u00eate \u00d7 largeur d&rsquo;impulsion \u00d7 fr\u00e9quence) reste dans l&rsquo;enveloppe thermique nominale de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmer que la largeur d&rsquo;impulsion ne d\u00e9passe pas la dur\u00e9e de conduction maximale sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e du contr\u00f4leur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utiliser les circuits de protection int\u00e9gr\u00e9s du contr\u00f4leur \u2014 limitation de courant, verrouillage sur largeur d&rsquo;impulsion et surveillance de temp\u00e9rature \u2014 comme protection principale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valider la qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;image \u00e0 la vitesse de ligne vis\u00e9e avant de figer l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Correctement appliqu\u00e9e, la technique d&rsquo;overdrive transforme un \u00e9clairage LED standard en source stroboscopique de forte intensit\u00e9, offrant la qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;image n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 une inspection automatis\u00e9e fiable \u00e0 des cadences de production que l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage continu ne peut pas soutenir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les lignes de production rapides exigent des conditions de prise de vue que l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage LED continu ne peut pas toujours offrir.
