Son principe optique diff\u00e8re fondamentalement de toute solution d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage frontal : au lieu de projeter la lumi\u00e8re depuis une seule direction ou depuis un ensemble fixe de directions, un d\u00f4me plat cr\u00e9e un environnement d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage ferm\u00e9 dans lequel la lumi\u00e8re atteint la surface inspect\u00e9e depuis tous les angles de l&rsquo;h\u00e9misph\u00e8re situ\u00e9 au-dessus d&rsquo;elle. Le r\u00e9sultat est la suppression la plus compl\u00e8te des artefacts directionnels \u2014 ombres, reflets sp\u00e9culaires et gradients angulaires de contraste \u2014 que permet la technologie LED.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Savoir quand le d\u00f4me plat est le bon choix, et comment l&rsquo;int\u00e9grer correctement, d\u00e9termine si le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;inspection fournira des r\u00e9sultats fiables ou \u00e9chouera pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment sur les surfaces les plus difficiles rencontr\u00e9es en production industrielle.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le principe optique : pourquoi l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage diffus supprime les reflets<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu&rsquo;une source directionnelle \u2014 anneau, barre ou spot \u2014 \u00e9claire une surface sp\u00e9culaire, elle cr\u00e9e un reflet brillant \u00e0 l&rsquo;angle de r\u00e9flexion sp\u00e9culaire. Ce reflet sature localement le capteur de la cam\u00e9ra et masque les d\u00e9tails de surface pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l&rsquo;inspection est requise. Plus la surface est polie ou courbe, plus l&rsquo;effet s&rsquo;accentue.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage d\u00f4me plat traite le probl\u00e8me au niveau optique. La lumi\u00e8re entre dans la cavit\u00e9 du d\u00f4me par tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et est diffus\u00e9e par un panneau diffusant \u00e0 haute transmission plac\u00e9 entre la matrice de LED et la surface \u00e9missive. Lorsqu&rsquo;elle atteint la pi\u00e8ce, la lumi\u00e8re n&rsquo;a plus de composante directionnelle dominante. Chaque point de la surface est \u00e9clair\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re identique sous tous les angles : la r\u00e9flexion sp\u00e9culaire se r\u00e9partit uniform\u00e9ment sur l&rsquo;ensemble du capteur et se r\u00e9duit \u00e0 un niveau de fond imperceptible au lieu de former un reflet localis\u00e9 saturant.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il ne s&rsquo;agit ni d&rsquo;une correction logicielle ni d&rsquo;un effet de post-traitement. C&rsquo;est une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 physique de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage qui rend l&rsquo;image acquise fondamentalement plus propre et plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8re que toute autre solution. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applications principales<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Composants m\u00e9talliques polis et finition miroir<\/strong> \u2014 Pi\u00e8ces tourn\u00e9es, composants emboutis, aluminium anodis\u00e9 et surfaces chrom\u00e9es posent des difficult\u00e9s sp\u00e9culaires extr\u00eames. L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage d\u00f4me plat les restitue uniform\u00e9ment lumineux et r\u00e9v\u00e8le contaminations de surface, microrayures, d\u00e9fauts de rev\u00eatement et gravures avec un contraste constant sur tout le champ de vision. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Surfaces laqu\u00e9es, peintes et rev\u00eatues<\/strong> \u2014 \u00c9carts de teinte, effet peau d&rsquo;orange, variations d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de rev\u00eatement et d\u00e9fauts de peinture sur les composants automobiles, les produits de grande consommation et les pi\u00e8ces industrielles ne sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on fiable que sous un \u00e9clairage diffus supprimant les artefacts d&rsquo;\u00e9blouissement directionnel.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Verre et composants optiques<\/strong> \u2014 Panneaux de verre plat, lentilles, vitres de protection d&rsquo;\u00e9cran et films protecteurs transparents n\u00e9cessitent un \u00e9clairage diffus pour r\u00e9v\u00e9ler inclusions, bulles, d\u00e9fauts de rev\u00eatement et contaminations de surface, sans interf\u00e9rence des reflets de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>G\u00e9om\u00e9tries courbes et irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res<\/strong> \u2014 Billes, roulements, carters courbes et pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es de forme libre produisent, sous \u00e9clairage directionnel, des reflets sp\u00e9culaires variables d&rsquo;un point \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage d\u00f4me plat s&rsquo;adapte en chaque point \u00e0 l&rsquo;orientation locale de la surface et maintient un contraste uniforme quelle que soit la courbure. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Guidage robot et pick-and-place<\/strong> \u2014 Dans les syst\u00e8mes de vision en bout de bras robotis\u00e9, la conception compacte et de faible \u00e9paisseur du d\u00f4me plat autorise un montage au plus pr\u00e8s, directement sur l&rsquo;outil du robot. Un d\u00f4me sous-dimensionn\u00e9 par rapport au champ de vision r\u00e9introduit des effets de bord directionnels sur le pourtour de l&rsquo;image et annule en partie l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage diffus. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La distance de travail est un param\u00e8tre secondaire. Les d\u00f4mes plats sont moins sensibles \u00e0 ses variations que les \u00e9clairages focalis\u00e9s, mais des distances de travail excessives r\u00e9duisent l&rsquo;\u00e9clairement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique effectif sur la surface et peuvent laisser la lumi\u00e8re ambiante d\u00e9grader l&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;image.
