industrielle, si le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage est l&rsquo;outil de la forme, l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9clairage direct<\/strong> est l&rsquo;outil du d\u00e9tail. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage cr\u00e9e un monde binaire de silhouettes, l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage direct (\u00e9clairage \u00e9piscopique) ouvre la porte \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 complexe des textures de surface, des couleurs, de la topographie et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des mat\u00e9riaux. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieur vision, l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage direct est l&rsquo;art de ma\u00eetriser la fa\u00e7on dont la lumi\u00e8re interagit avec une surface pour produire un contraste de qualit\u00e9. Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de rep\u00e9rer une rayure microscopique sur une plaque m\u00e9tallique polie ou de lire un code DataMatrix grav\u00e9 au laser sur un composant plastique bomb\u00e9, la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie et la qualit\u00e9 du montage d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage direct d\u00e9termineront la robustesse de l&rsquo;installation. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La physique de l&rsquo;interaction avec la surface<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage direct repose sur la lumi\u00e8re qui se r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit sur l&rsquo;objet et parvient \u00e0 l&rsquo;objectif de la cam\u00e9ra. Pour le ma\u00eetriser, il faut comprendre les deux principaux types de r\u00e9flexion impos\u00e9s par la micro-g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de la surface. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9flexion sp\u00e9culaire et r\u00e9flexion diffuse<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu&rsquo;un rayon lumineux frappe une surface, son comportement ob\u00e9it \u00e0 la loi de la r\u00e9flexion.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">$$\\theta_i = \\theta_r$$<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>R\u00e9flexion sp\u00e9culaire :<\/strong> elle se produit sur les surfaces de type miroir (m\u00e9tal poli, verre, liquides). La lumi\u00e8re est r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie selon un angle de sortie unique. En vision industrielle, cela provoque souvent des points de saturation ou un \u00e9blouissement qui aveuglent le capteur.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9flexion diffuse :<\/strong> elle se produit sur les surfaces rugueuses ou mates (papier, bois brut, fonte). La lumi\u00e8re est diffus\u00e9e dans de nombreuses directions (r\u00e9flexion lambertienne). Ces surfaces sont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral plus faciles \u00e0 imager, car l&rsquo;objet para\u00eet uniform\u00e9ment lumineux sous plusieurs angles d&rsquo;observation.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La loi de l&rsquo;inverse du carr\u00e9 et la loi du cosinus<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 lumineuse atteignant l&rsquo;objet ($E$) est inversement proportionnelle au carr\u00e9 de la distance ($r$) \u00e0 la source et proportionnelle au cosinus de l&rsquo;angle d&rsquo;incidence ($\\theta$) :<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">$$E = \\frac{I}{r^2} \\cos \\theta$$<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le professionnel de la vision, cela signifie que de faibles variations de la distance de montage ou de l&rsquo;inclinaison d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce peuvent entra\u00eener des fluctuations sensibles de la luminosit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;image, au point de mettre en d\u00e9faut les algorithmes d&rsquo;inspection fond\u00e9s sur des seuils.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Taxonomie des strat\u00e9gies d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage direct<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque difficult\u00e9 de surface appelle une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage diff\u00e9rente. L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage direct se classe en quatre strat\u00e9gies techniques principales. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A. \u00c9clairage en champ clair (partiel)<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le champ clair est la technique la plus courante. La source lumineuse est plac\u00e9e selon un angle relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 la surface (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre $45^{\\circ}$ et $90^{\\circ}$). <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M\u00e9canisme :<\/strong> la lumi\u00e8re se r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit sur la surface et entre directement dans l&rsquo;objectif.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sultat :<\/strong> les surfaces planes et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes apparaissent lumineuses ; les d\u00e9tails qui diffusent la lumi\u00e8re (rayures, piq\u00fbres) apparaissent sombres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Id\u00e9al pour :<\/strong> la d\u00e9tection de pr\u00e9sence g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le contr\u00f4le de couleur et les surfaces non r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. \u00c9clairage en champ sombre<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage en champ sombre consiste \u00e0 placer la source lumineuse selon un angle tr\u00e8s faible (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre $10^{\\circ}$ et $30^{\\circ}$) par rapport \u00e0 la surface de l&rsquo;objet.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M\u00e9canisme :<\/strong> l&rsquo;essentiel de la lumi\u00e8re se r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit sur la surface plane en s&rsquo;\u00e9loignant de l&rsquo;objectif. Seule la lumi\u00e8re qui rencontre un relief ou un creux (topographie) est diffus\u00e9e vers la cam\u00e9ra. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sultat :<\/strong> le fond reste sombre, tandis que d\u00e9fauts de surface, poussi\u00e8res et textures ressortent avec \u00e9clat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Id\u00e9al pour :<\/strong> la d\u00e9tection de rayures sur surfaces polies, l&rsquo;inspection de textes en relief et l&rsquo;identification de contaminants sur substrats plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C. \u00c9clairage coaxial (dans l&rsquo;axe)<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage coaxial utilise une lame semi-transparente pour aligner parfaitement le trajet de la lumi\u00e8re sur l&rsquo;axe optique de l&rsquo;objectif.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M\u00e9canisme :<\/strong> la lumi\u00e8re est projet\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;objet depuis la direction m\u00eame o\u00f9 regarde la cam\u00e9ra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9sultat :<\/strong> il supprime les ombres et se r\u00e9v\u00e8le particuli\u00e8rement efficace sur les surfaces planes et sp\u00e9culaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Id\u00e9al pour :<\/strong> l&rsquo;inspection de wafers de semi-conducteurs, l&rsquo;alignement des mires sur circuits imprim\u00e9s et la lecture de codes sur emballages tr\u00e8s r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D. \u00c9clairage diffus (d\u00f4me \/ jour nuageux)<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les surfaces r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes, bomb\u00e9es ou irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res (canette caboss\u00e9e, blister) engendrent un \u00e9blouissement sp\u00e9culaire qui ruine l&rsquo;image.
