Avant tout, ils sont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s pour leur taille compacte et leur int\u00e9gration facile autour des objectifs de cam\u00e9ra standard. De plus, les LED sont dispos\u00e9es en cercle concentrique avec l&rsquo;axe optique. Par cons\u00e9quent, la lumi\u00e8re atteint le champ depuis toutes les directions, de sorte que l&rsquo;image reste largement ind\u00e9pendante de l&rsquo;orientation des caract\u00e9ristiques. En bref, cette page est la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence technique pour la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie annulaire. Elle associe \u00e9galement les familles d&rsquo;anneaux de RODER Vision \u00e0 leurs applications typiques.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principe de fonctionnement des \u00e9clairages annulaires<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un \u00e9clairage annulaire comporte une ou plusieurs rang\u00e9es concentriques de LED sur une carte annulaire. L&rsquo;ouverture centrale laisse libre l&rsquo;avant de l&rsquo;objectif de la cam\u00e9ra. En outre, les LED projettent la lumi\u00e8re vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et vers le bas selon un angle fixe d\u00e9fini par le bo\u00eetier. Pour un anneau standard, cet angle est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 30 \u00e0 60 degr\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;axe optique. Par cons\u00e9quent, la configuration se comporte comme un \u00e9clairage frontal direct, ou se d\u00e9place vers un champ sombre \u00e0 faible angle.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puisque la lumi\u00e8re arrive de toutes les directions azimutales \u00e0 la fois, les images de l&rsquo;anneau restent sym\u00e9triques autour de l&rsquo;axe optique. Par cons\u00e9quent, le texte imprim\u00e9, les codes et les petites pi\u00e8ces apparaissent uniformes quelle que soit leur orientation. Pour cette raison, les \u00e9clairages annulaires conviennent aux stations o\u00f9 la position angulaire de la cible est variable ou non contr\u00f4l\u00e9e.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variantes standard, \u00e0 faible angle et \u00e0 haute diffusion<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cat\u00e9gorie des anneaux comprend plusieurs variantes. D&rsquo;abord, les anneaux standard dirigent la lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 des angles mod\u00e9r\u00e9s pour un \u00e9clairage frontal g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. En revanche, les anneaux \u00e0 faible angle inclinent les LED jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une incidence presque rasante, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un champ sombre \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s qui accentue les micro-caract\u00e9ristiques de surface. De plus, les anneaux diffus ajoutent un couvercle d\u00e9poli pour adoucir l&rsquo;\u00e9mission et r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;\u00e9blouissement. Par cons\u00e9quent, chaque variante cible une surface et une classe de caract\u00e9ristiques sp\u00e9cifiques.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applications industrielles typiques<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9clairages annulaires servent \u00e0 de nombreuses t\u00e2ches d&rsquo;inspection. Par exemple, ils conviennent aux petites pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es ou moul\u00e9es sur des plateaux rotatifs et des stations de pick &amp; place. De plus, ils prennent en charge la lecture de codes 2D et l&rsquo;OCR sur des surfaces planes ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement courbes. Ils couvrent \u00e9galement les composants PCB, les soudures, les dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux et les contenants pharmaceutiques. En outre, ils conviennent aux pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques embouties o\u00f9 la sym\u00e9trie de rotation est importante. Enfin, ils s&rsquo;adaptent aux stations o\u00f9 la facilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration l&#8217;emporte sur les performances optiques ultimes.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection et consid\u00e9rations de conception<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout d&rsquo;abord, le diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur doit laisser libre l&rsquo;objectif, y compris tout filtre ou polariseur. Ensuite, le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur et l&rsquo;angle des LED d\u00e9finissent la distance de travail pour l&rsquo;intensite de pic et l&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9. \u00c0 mesure que la distance change, l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage passe d&rsquo;un c\u00f4ne convergent \u00e0 un champ uniforme, puis \u00e0 un faisceau divergent.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La position de montage est \u00e9galement importante. En revanche, un anneau fix\u00e9 sur la station permet d&rsquo;optimiser s\u00e9par\u00e9ment la cam\u00e9ra et l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage. Cependant, cela ajoute de la complexit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le contenu spettral suit les r\u00e8gles habituelles de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage frontal. Par exemple, les anneaux monochromes fonctionnent bien derri\u00e8re un filtre \u00e0 bande \u00e9troite qui rejette la lumi\u00e8re ambiante. En revanche, les anneaux blancs restent le choix par d\u00e9faut pour l&rsquo;inspection de la couleur.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anneaux \u00e0 double fonction et multi-segments<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les anneaux avanc\u00e9s ajoutent des segments contr\u00f4l\u00e9s ind\u00e9pendamment. Par cons\u00e9quent, l&rsquo;utilisateur peut commuter entre un anneau complet, un demi-anneau ou des secteurs rotatifs pour une classification des d\u00e9fauts sensible \u00e0 la direction. De plus, certaines variantes combinent des LED standard et \u00e0 faible angle dans un seul appareil. En cons\u00e9quence, l&rsquo;int\u00e9grateur bascule entre le champ clair et le champ sombre sans changer de mat\u00e9riel.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Int\u00e9gration et limites<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La limite principale des \u00e9clairages annulaires est une r\u00e9flexion circulaire sur les surfaces brillantes et perpendiculaires. Sur une cible de type miroir, l&rsquo;anneau de LED appara\u00eet comme un anneau brillant dans l&rsquo;image. Par cons\u00e9quent, il peut masquer les caract\u00e9ristiques centrales. Cependant, un anneau diffus, une l\u00e9g\u00e8re inclinaison de la cible ou une configuration en d\u00f4me supprime cet effet.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un second point concerne la taille. Les \u00e9clairages annulaires sont dimensionn\u00e9s en fonction de l&rsquo;objectif et du champ, de sorte que les champs tr\u00e8s grands n\u00e9cessitent des anneaux peu pratiques.
