En pla\u00e7ant la source LED derri\u00e8re l\u2019objet inspect\u00e9 et en captant la silhouette du c\u00f4t\u00e9 oppos\u00e9, l\u2019image obtenue isole le contour g\u00e9om\u00e9trique de la pi\u00e8ce avec un contraste maximal et une d\u00e9pendance minimale \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de surface, \u00e0 la couleur du mat\u00e9riau ou aux variations de la lumi\u00e8re ambiante. C\u2019est la technique de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence d\u00e8s lors que la t\u00e2che d\u2019inspection peut se ramener \u00e0 l\u2019analyse du contour externe ou interne d\u2019un objet. Cette page constitue la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence technique de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage et le point d\u2019entr\u00e9e vers les familles de produits de r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage RODER Vision et vers les applications dans lesquelles elles sont mises en \u0153uvre.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principe de fonctionnement du r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une configuration de r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage, l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage \u00e0 LED se situe du c\u00f4t\u00e9 oppos\u00e9 de l&rsquo;objet par rapport \u00e0 la cam\u00e9ra. La lumi\u00e8re se d\u00e9place du panneau vers le haut ou lat\u00e9ralement, selon l&rsquo;orientation du syst\u00e8me. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La lumi\u00e8re se comporte diff\u00e9remment selon l&rsquo;objet :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Objets opaques <\/strong>: La lumi\u00e8re passe autour d&rsquo;eux pour produire une silhouette nette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objets translucides et transparents<\/strong> : La lumi\u00e8re passe \u00e0 travers eux. Cela r\u00e9v\u00e8le les d\u00e9fauts internes et les mat\u00e9riaux emprisonn\u00e9s. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cam\u00e9ra ne d\u00e9tecte que les photons qui atteignent son capteur. Cela g\u00e9n\u00e8re un contraste de type binaire entre un fond brillant et un objet sombre. Par cons\u00e9quent, ce contraste \u00e9lev\u00e9 simplifie consid\u00e9rablement le traitement d&rsquo;image ult\u00e9rieur.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avantages et robustesse<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le contraste du r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage d\u00e9pend presque enti\u00e8rement de l&rsquo;occlusion g\u00e9om\u00e9trique. Il ne repose pas sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s optiques de la surface de l&rsquo;objet. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est pourquoi les images r\u00e9tro\u00e9clair\u00e9es sont remarquablement insensibles \u00e0 plusieurs facteurs de perturbation visuelle courants :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Couleur du mat\u00e9riau et finition de surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contamination de la surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9clairage ambiant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette robustesse extr\u00eame est inestimable pour les applications industrielles. C&rsquo;est la raison principale pour laquelle le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage reste la technique dominante pour la mesure dimensionnelle de haute pr\u00e9cision. Cela reste vrai malgr\u00e9 la disponibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;approches plus sophistiqu\u00e9es.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9tro\u00e9clairages diffus et collimat\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans la pratique industrielle, deux familles de r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairages coexistent. Les r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairages diffus \u00e9mettent sur une large plage angulaire et offrent un \u00e9clairage tol\u00e9rant pour les pi\u00e8ces qui ne sont pas parfaitement align\u00e9es avec l\u2019axe optique, mais leurs bords dans l\u2019image cam\u00e9ra pr\u00e9sentent un l\u00e9ger halo d\u00fb aux rayons qui fr\u00f4lent l\u2019objet. Les r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairages collimat\u00e9s, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9s t\u00e9l\u00e9centriques, n\u2019\u00e9mettent que dans une plage angulaire \u00e9troite et parall\u00e8le \u00e0 l\u2019axe optique, produisant des bords d\u2019une nettet\u00e9 sous-pixellique adapt\u00e9s aux applications de mesure dimensionnelle les plus exigeantes. Le choix entre les deux d\u00e9pend avant tout de la pr\u00e9cision de mesure requise et de la profondeur de l\u2019objet inspect\u00e9. Il est hautement efficace pour les applications suivantes : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mesure dimensionnelle <\/strong>: Il mesure les pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques embouties et les composants en plastique moul\u00e9s par injection. Il est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 pour les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de fixation usin\u00e9s et les pi\u00e8ces tourn\u00e9es. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspection de trous et de fentes<\/strong> : Cette m\u00e9thode v\u00e9rifie les zones o\u00f9 la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie des caract\u00e9ristiques traversantes doit \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V\u00e9rification de composants<\/strong> : Elle v\u00e9rifie la pr\u00e9sence ou l&rsquo;absence de petits composants sur les assemblages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comptage sur convoyeur<\/strong> : Il compte les pilules, les capsules et les articles discrets se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant sur les convoyeurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspection de bouteilles<\/strong> : Elle inspecte les bouteilles transparentes pour les niveaux de remplissage, les corps \u00e9trangers et les bulles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emballage pharmaceutique<\/strong> : Il r\u00e9alise l&rsquo;inspection de profil des tubes de verre, des seringues et des flacons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il convient \u00e0 toute t\u00e2che n\u00e9cessitant une segmentation robuste bas\u00e9e sur la silhouette. Cette approche reste compl\u00e8tement immune aux variations sur la surface frontale de l&rsquo;objet. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspection pharmaceutique et agroalimentaire<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans l&rsquo;inspection de blisters pharmaceutiques, un r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage diffus plac\u00e9 sous le blister combin\u00e9 \u00e0 une cam\u00e9ra mont\u00e9e en partie sup\u00e9rieure permet une d\u00e9tection fiable des comprim\u00e9s manquants, des comprim\u00e9s cass\u00e9s et des g\u00e9lules mal positionn\u00e9es. Dans le conditionnement de l&rsquo;agroalimentaire et des boissons, l&rsquo;inspection par r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage des bouteilles en verre remplies peut d\u00e9tecter les \u00e9carts de niveau de remplissage, la contamination par des particules et les cols endommag\u00e9s avec des temps de cycle compatibles avec les lignes de production \u00e0 haute vitesse. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection et consid\u00e9rations de conception<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La s\u00e9lection d&rsquo;un r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage commence par la taille de l&rsquo;objet inspect\u00e9. La zone d&rsquo;\u00e9mission active du panneau doit d\u00e9passer la plus grande dimension de l&rsquo;objet avec une marge suffisante pour maintenir la nettet\u00e9 des contours sur l&rsquo;ensemble du champ de vision. L&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9 d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le panneau d\u00e9termine la coh\u00e9rence des mesures \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes positions ; les r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairages \u00e0 haute uniformit\u00e9 sont essentiels pour toute application exigeant une m\u00e9trologie quantitative.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le contenu spectral constitue la seconde d\u00e9cision. Les r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairages monochromes rouges ou verts minimisent l&rsquo;aberration chromatique de l&rsquo;objectif et permettent un filtrage \u00e0 bande \u00e9troite au niveau de la cam\u00e9ra, tandis que les r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairages blancs fournissent une imagerie de couleur neutre lorsque l&rsquo;image de la silhouette doit \u00eatre combin\u00e9e avec une superposition de couleurs ou lorsque plusieurs pi\u00e8ces diff\u00e9rentes de couleur inconnue doivent \u00eatre inspect\u00e9es sur la m\u00eame station. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les lignes \u00e0 haute vitesse, le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage doit prendre en charge un fonctionnement puls\u00e9 synchronis\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;exposition de la cam\u00e9ra, figeant le mouvement en quelques microsecondes et \u00e9vitant le flou d&rsquo;image. Le fonctionnement continu ne convient qu&rsquo;aux cibles fixes ou se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant lentement, pour lesquelles des temps d&rsquo;exposition de plusieurs millisecondes sont acceptables. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Int\u00e9gration et limites<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La principale contrainte m\u00e9canique du r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage est la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de lib\u00e9rer le chemin optique sous ou derri\u00e8re l&rsquo;objet, ce qui peut \u00eatre incompatible avec les structures de convoyeurs, les syst\u00e8mes de fixation ou les pinces. Les int\u00e9grateurs r\u00e9solvent fr\u00e9quemment ce probl\u00e8me gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des supports transparents, des ouvertures dans les bandes de convoyeurs ou des syst\u00e8mes de manipulation rotatifs qui pr\u00e9sentent chaque pi\u00e8ce tour \u00e0 tour devant le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une seconde limitation r\u00e9side dans le fait que le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage ne r\u00e9v\u00e8le que la silhouette de l&rsquo;objet : les caract\u00e9ristiques de surface telles que les marquages imprim\u00e9s, les rayures et la texture restent invisibles.
