Par cons\u00e9quent, chaque cas impose des exigences d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage diff\u00e9rentes en termes de distance, de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi un \u00e9clairage homog\u00e8ne est essentiel pour l&rsquo;estimation de la pose<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les algorithmes de localisation calculent la position et l&rsquo;orientation \u00e0 partir des caract\u00e9ristiques de l&rsquo;image. Ils d\u00e9pendent donc du contraste, de la nettet\u00e9 et de la reproductibilit\u00e9. De plus, l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage influe directement sur ces trois param\u00e8tres. Par cons\u00e9quent, la lumi\u00e8re d\u00e9termine la qualit\u00e9 de chaque d\u00e9cision de s\u00e9lection.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout \u00e9cart entre les conditions d&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage et celles de production modifie les caract\u00e9ristiques de l&rsquo;image. Par cons\u00e9quent, l&rsquo;incertitude de localisation augmente et les \u00e9checs de saisie se multiplient. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, la cause la plus courante de l&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9 de la vision robotique n&rsquo;est pas l&rsquo;algorithme. Il s&rsquo;agit plut\u00f4t d&rsquo;un d\u00e9calage de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage ou d&rsquo;une contamination par la lumi\u00e8re ambiante.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage pour la pr\u00e9cision de la pose en 2D<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les pi\u00e8ces plates plac\u00e9es sur un chargeur ou un tapis roulant, le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage constitue souvent la solution la plus efficace. Comme il permet de mettre en \u00e9vidence une silhouette, la pi\u00e8ce appara\u00eet sous la forme d\u2019une forme pleine sur un fond clair. L\u2019algorithme peut ainsi d\u00e9terminer facilement le centre et l\u2019angle. De ce fait, la pr\u00e9cision du pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement est garantie, m\u00eame avec des pi\u00e8ces r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes ou huileuses.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La lumi\u00e8re directe sert \u00e9galement au guidage 2D. Ici, une Lumi\u00e8re Annulaire, mont\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re coaxiale par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;objectif, offre un contraste des contours reproductible. \u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, une lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 faible angle met en valeur le relief des logos et des marques. Pour les champs larges, des Lumi\u00e8res Barres ou des panneaux matriciels assurent un \u00e9clairage uniforme sur l&rsquo;ensemble de la zone.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guidage 3D et pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement dans des bacs<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certaines t\u00e2ches n\u00e9cessitent la pose 3D compl\u00e8te de la pi\u00e8ce. C&rsquo;est pourquoi les capteurs \u00e0 Lumi\u00e8re Structur\u00e9e ou st\u00e9r\u00e9oscopiques actifs permettent de d\u00e9terminer la position et l&rsquo;inclinaison. Dans ces syst\u00e8mes, un projecteur stable et \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9 fournit le contraste n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la reconstruction. De plus, des illuminateurs dans le Proche Infrarouge, associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un filtre adapt\u00e9, \u00e9liminent la lumi\u00e8re ambiante.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le \u00ab bin picking \u00bb constitue le cas le plus difficile en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage. Les pi\u00e8ces sont dispos\u00e9es selon des angles al\u00e9atoires, partiellement masqu\u00e9es et \u00e0 des hauteurs variables. Par cons\u00e9quent, les surfaces m\u00e9talliques g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des reflets et les pi\u00e8ces qui se chevauchent projettent des ombres complexes. C&rsquo;est pourquoi les int\u00e9grateurs combinent plusieurs modes : un balayage 3D permet de localiser la pi\u00e8ce, tandis qu&rsquo;une source d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage diffuse ou en d\u00f4me r\u00e9duit les artefacts sp\u00e9culaires.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Montage et Rejet de la Lumi\u00e8re Ambiante<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;illuminateur peut \u00eatre mont\u00e9 sur le bras du robot ou rester fixe dans la cellule. Le montage \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du bras garantit une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie constante quelle que soit la position. Cependant, cela n\u00e9cessite des unit\u00e9s compactes et l\u00e9g\u00e8res, respectant les contraintes de charge utile. En revanche, le montage fixe permet d&rsquo;utiliser des illuminateurs plus grands et plus puissants pour des zones de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement bien d\u00e9finies.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La lumi\u00e8re ambiante reste une menace constante. Les lampes au plafond, les arcs de soudage et les puits de lumi\u00e8re alt\u00e8rent tous la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;image. C\u2019est pourquoi les ing\u00e9nieurs ont recours \u00e0 plusieurs mesures de protection. Par exemple, un stroboscope \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9 neutralise la lumi\u00e8re ambiante pendant l\u2019exposition. De plus, une lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 bande \u00e9troite \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un Filtre Passe-bande, ou une lumi\u00e8re proche infrarouge (NIR) comprise entre 850 et 940 nm, rejette efficacement la Lumi\u00e8re Parasite.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitesse, stroboscope et Cadence de Production<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les cellules \u00ab pick-and-place \u00bb fonctionnent \u00e0 grande vitesse ; le timing est donc crucial. Comme la pi\u00e8ce est en mouvement, un temps d&rsquo;exposition court est indispensable. C&rsquo;est pourquoi l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage fonctionne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en mode stroboscopique, synchronis\u00e9 avec la cam\u00e9ra. Ainsi, le mouvement est fig\u00e9 et l&rsquo;image reste nette.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La stabilit\u00e9 garantit la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 du cycle dans le temps. De plus, un circuit d&rsquo;attaque \u00e0 courant stabilis\u00e9 assure l&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9 de chaque impulsion. Par cons\u00e9quent, la qualit\u00e9 du r\u00e9sultat reste constante, de la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 la millioni\u00e8me impulsion.
