Les deux mises en \u0153uvre sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es dans le cadre du portefeuille d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/visiotronix.com\/fr\/products\/custom-led-illuminators\/\">\u00e9clairages LED sur mesure<\/a>.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plage angulaire d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me goniom\u00e9trique d\u00e9pend de la mise en \u0153uvre. Les \u00e9clairages goniom\u00e9triques \u00e9lectroniques offrent une commutation rapide entre angles discrets, adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;inspection adaptative o\u00f9 l&rsquo;angle optimal doit \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pi\u00e8ce par pi\u00e8ce pendant la production. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applications industrielles typiques<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage goniom\u00e9trique et \u00e0 angle variable est essentiel pour les lignes d&rsquo;inspection multi-produits o\u00f9 diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces exigent des angles d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage diff\u00e9rents ; la mise au point et la caract\u00e9risation des postes d&rsquo;inspection o\u00f9 l&rsquo;angle optimal doit \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9 exp\u00e9rimentalement ; les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;inspection adaptative utilisant l&rsquo;apprentissage automatique pour s\u00e9lectionner l&rsquo;angle optimal selon le type de pi\u00e8ce ; le contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 des surfaces \u00e0 finition variable o\u00f9 l&rsquo;angle de contraste optimal change avec la texture de surface ; les applications de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement o\u00f9 l&rsquo;effet de l&rsquo;angle d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage sur le contraste doit \u00eatre quantifi\u00e9 ; l&rsquo;inspection d&rsquo;assemblages complexes o\u00f9 diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9tails exigent diff\u00e9rents angles pour une visibilit\u00e9 optimale ; et toute application qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de la possibilit\u00e9 de modifier la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage sans reconfiguration m\u00e9canique.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection et consid\u00e9rations de conception<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plage angulaire et la r\u00e9solution angulaire sont les sp\u00e9cifications principales. La plage doit couvrir les angles requis par l&rsquo;application, du quasi-coaxial pour les cibles planes sp\u00e9culaires au rasant pour l&rsquo;inspection des micro-d\u00e9fauts de surface. La r\u00e9solution d\u00e9termine la finesse de r\u00e9glage de l&rsquo;angle ; elle n&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas critique dans les applications industrielles, o\u00f9 les angles peuvent \u00eatre approch\u00e9s \u00e0 quelques degr\u00e9s pr\u00e8s sans compromettre les performances.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vitesse de commutation est d\u00e9terminante pour les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;inspection adaptative. Les syst\u00e8mes m\u00e9caniques pr\u00e9sentent des temps de commutation de plusieurs centaines de millisecondes \u00e0 quelques secondes, ce qui limite leur usage aux applications o\u00f9 l&rsquo;angle est r\u00e9gl\u00e9 entre les lots plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;entre les pi\u00e8ces. Les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques \u00e0 commutation en microsecondes sont indispensables pour une v\u00e9ritable inspection adaptative pi\u00e8ce par pi\u00e8ce aux cadences industrielles. La synchronisation multicanal est assur\u00e9e par le catalogue RODER de <a href=\"https:\/\/visiotronix.com\/accessories\/led-drivers-and-electronic-controllers\/\">drivers LED et contr\u00f4leurs \u00e9lectroniques<\/a>.   <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Combinaison avec l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage multi-longueurs d&rsquo;onde<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les syst\u00e8mes goniom\u00e9triques avanc\u00e9s combinent l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage \u00e0 angle variable avec une capacit\u00e9 multi-longueurs d&rsquo;onde, offrant une commande simultan\u00e9e de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie et du spectre de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage. Cette combinaison prend en charge les strat\u00e9gies d&rsquo;inspection les plus flexibles, o\u00f9 le syst\u00e8me adapte les deux param\u00e8tres \u00e0 la cible et au d\u00e9tail sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 inspecter. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Int\u00e9gration et limites<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9clairages goniom\u00e9triques s&rsquo;int\u00e8grent comme des modules sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s avec des contr\u00f4leurs d\u00e9di\u00e9s qui g\u00e8rent la s\u00e9lection de l&rsquo;angle. La complexit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique ou \u00e9lectronique est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des \u00e9clairages \u00e0 angle fixe, ce qui influe \u00e0 la fois sur le co\u00fbt et sur la fiabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me. Les \u00e9clairages goniom\u00e9triques de qualit\u00e9 industrielle sont con\u00e7us pour la production, avec des composants m\u00e9caniques \u00e9tanches et une \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 longue dur\u00e9e de vie.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La principale limite de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage goniom\u00e9trique est son co\u00fbt, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement deux \u00e0 cinq fois sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9quivalents \u00e0 angle fixe. Le choix de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage goniom\u00e9trique ne se justifie donc que lorsque la t\u00e2che d&rsquo;inspection exige une flexibilit\u00e9 dans la s\u00e9lection de l&rsquo;angle que les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 angle fixe ne peuvent offrir. Pour la plupart des applications industrielles o\u00f9 l&rsquo;angle optimal est connu et constant pour le type de cible, les \u00e9clairages \u00e0 angle fixe restent le choix le plus \u00e9conomique.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La seconde limite est la complexit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique des syst\u00e8mes motoris\u00e9s, qui ajoute des points de d\u00e9faillance par rapport aux alternatives \u00e0 semi-conducteurs. Les syst\u00e8mes goniom\u00e9triques \u00e9lectroniques bas\u00e9s sur plusieurs matrices de LED fixes \u00e9vitent cette limite au prix d&rsquo;une r\u00e9solution angulaire discr\u00e8te. Le choix entre mises en \u0153uvre m\u00e9canique et \u00e9lectronique d\u00e9pend du compromis entre continuit\u00e9 angulaire et fiabilit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique.  <\/p>\n\n<h2
