Il produit des images lumineuses et riches en contraste de surfaces coop\u00e9ratives et constitue la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie \u00e0 laquelle toutes les autres configurations fond\u00e9es sur l&rsquo;angle sont compar\u00e9es. Le terme vient du fait que l&rsquo;essentiel de la surface inspect\u00e9e appara\u00eet clair dans l&rsquo;image obtenue, les d\u00e9tails d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat se pr\u00e9sentant comme des variations de contraste sombres sur ce fond clair.  <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principe de fonctionnement de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage en champ clair<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une configuration en champ clair, l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage est positionn\u00e9 de sorte que son axe d&rsquo;\u00e9mission forme un angle mod\u00e9r\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;axe optique de la cam\u00e9ra. La lumi\u00e8re qui frappe la surface de l&rsquo;objet g\u00e9n\u00e8re une r\u00e9flexion sp\u00e9culaire qui, pour des surfaces orient\u00e9es approximativement perpendiculairement \u00e0 la cam\u00e9ra, revient vers le capteur et contribue largement \u00e0 la luminosit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;image. La composante diffuse, dispers\u00e9e dans toutes les directions, ajoute une luminosit\u00e9 uniforme suppl\u00e9mentaire sur toute l&rsquo;image.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La combinaison des contributions sp\u00e9culaire et diffuse produit une image dont la luminosit\u00e9 moyenne est \u00e9lev\u00e9e (d&rsquo;o\u00f9 le nom de champ clair) et dont le contraste est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par les variations locales d&rsquo;orientation, de r\u00e9flectance et de texture de la surface. Les d\u00e9tails qui dispersent la lumi\u00e8re loin de la cam\u00e9ra, tels que les ar\u00eates, les creux et les marquages absorbants, apparaissent plus sombres que la surface environnante ; ceux qui renforcent le retour sp\u00e9culaire, tels que les marquages r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants en relief, apparaissent plus lumineux. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Champ clair et coaxial : une distinction g\u00e9om\u00e9trique<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage en champ clair et l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage coaxial reposent tous deux sur la r\u00e9flexion sp\u00e9culaire atteignant la cam\u00e9ra, mais ils diff\u00e8rent par l&rsquo;angle auquel cette r\u00e9flexion se produit. L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage coaxial fonctionne \u00e0 angle nul et produit une luminosit\u00e9 maximale sur des surfaces planes perpendiculaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;axe optique. Le champ clair fonctionne \u00e0 des angles mod\u00e9r\u00e9s et d\u00e9pend un peu moins d&rsquo;une perpendicularit\u00e9 parfaite, au prix d&rsquo;une sensibilit\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement accrue \u00e0 l&rsquo;inclinaison et \u00e0 la texture de la surface.  <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applications industrielles typiques<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage en champ clair est le choix standard pour la reconnaissance optique de caract\u00e8res (OCR) sur substrats coop\u00e9ratifs ; pour la lecture de codes uni- et bidimensionnels sur \u00e9tiquettes imprim\u00e9es et emballages ; pour l&rsquo;inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de pi\u00e8ces en plastique moul\u00e9 et en m\u00e9tal usin\u00e9 ; pour le contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 des supports imprim\u00e9s quant \u00e0 la couverture d&rsquo;encre, au rep\u00e9rage et \u00e0 la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 des couleurs ; pour l&rsquo;inspection de surface des textiles et des bandes de papier ; pour la v\u00e9rification des composants assembl\u00e9s sur les lignes de production ; pour la lecture des dates et num\u00e9ros de lot sur les emballages ; et pour toute application en \u00e9clairage frontal o\u00f9 la surface est coop\u00e9rative et o\u00f9 les d\u00e9tails d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat produisent un contraste suffisant sur le fond clair. Ces applications sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement couvertes par les familles d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/visiotronix.com\/fr\/products\/led-ring-illuminators\/\">\u00e9clairages LED annulaires<\/a>, d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/visiotronix.com\/fr\/products\/led-bar-illuminators\/\">\u00e9clairages LED \u00e0 barre<\/a> et d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/visiotronix.com\/fr\/products\/illuminateurs-led-a-panneau\/\">\u00e9clairages LED \u00e0 panneau<\/a> dans leurs configurations \u00e0 \u00e9mission directe. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection et consid\u00e9rations de conception<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;angle d&rsquo;incidence est le principal param\u00e8tre de conception. Des angles de 20 \u00e0 30 degr\u00e9s produisent un champ clair quasi coaxial, avec un fort retour sp\u00e9culaire et une grande sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;inclinaison de la surface. Des angles de 30 \u00e0 60 degr\u00e9s produisent un champ clair \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, avec une bonne combinaison de contributions sp\u00e9culaires et diffuses et une tol\u00e9rance mod\u00e9r\u00e9e aux variations de surface. Au-del\u00e0 de 60 degr\u00e9s, on se rapproche du comportement en champ sombre et les configurations en champ clair deviennent inefficaces.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La distribution angulaire de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage (d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le bo\u00eetier des LED et un \u00e9ventuel diffuseur frontal) d\u00e9termine si la configuration en champ clair produit des reflets sp\u00e9culaires francs ou un \u00e9clairage plus doux et uniforme. Des LED directes \u00e0 angle d&rsquo;\u00e9mission \u00e9troit produisent un champ clair dur, \u00e0 fort contraste local. Des panneaux diffusants produisent un champ clair doux, avec moins de reflets sur les surfaces brillantes et un contraste local plus faible sur les surfaces textur\u00e9es.  <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Association de plusieurs sources en champ clair<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage en champ clair est rarement utilis\u00e9 avec une source unique sur les postes d&rsquo;inspection en production. Plusieurs sources en champ clair r\u00e9parties \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents angles azimutaux autour de la cam\u00e9ra assurent une sym\u00e9trie directionnelle et annulent les ombres directionnelles qu&rsquo;une source unique produirait. Deux sources oppos\u00e9es, quatre sources dispos\u00e9es en carr\u00e9 ou des \u00e9clairages annulaires complets constituent autant de configurations en champ clair multisources, qui diff\u00e8rent principalement par l&rsquo;uniformit\u00e9 de la couverture angulaire.  <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Int\u00e9gration et limites<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage en champ clair est m\u00e9caniquement simple \u00e0 int\u00e9grer, la source \u00e9tant mont\u00e9e sur la m\u00eame structure support que la cam\u00e9ra, \u00e0 un angle fixe. Les dimensions compactes des \u00e9clairages en champ clair courants permettent leur installation dans des cellules d&rsquo;inspection exigu\u00ebs, des configurations multipostes et des effecteurs de robots. La consommation \u00e9lectrique et la dissipation thermique sont mod\u00e9r\u00e9es par rapport aux configurations coaxiales ou en champ sombre d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 \u00e9quivalente.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La principale limite optique du champ clair est sa sensibilit\u00e9 aux variations de surface. Sur des objets tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9culaires, le champ clair produit des reflets intenses, susceptibles de saturer le capteur dans des zones localis\u00e9es. Sur des objets fortement courbes, la variation de l&rsquo;orientation de la surface produit des gradients d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 qui masquent les d\u00e9tails d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat. Dans ces cas, il convient d&rsquo;envisager des configurations en d\u00f4me, flat dome ou en champ sombre.
