Les \u00e9clairages standard sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement surdimensionn\u00e9s pour les configurations d&rsquo;inspection miniature. L&rsquo;objet est plac\u00e9 entre la cam\u00e9ra et le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage. L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage \u00e0 LED forme une surface \u00e9mettrice uniforme derri\u00e8re la pi\u00e8ce, et la cam\u00e9ra capture la silhouette r\u00e9sultante \u2014une ombre aux contours nets\u2014 que les algorithmes logiciels traitent pour extraire des donn\u00e9es dimensionnelles, signaler les \u00e9l\u00e9ments manquants ou v\u00e9rifier les profils g\u00e9om\u00e9triques.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La technique est particuli\u00e8rement efficace pour : la mesure de diam\u00e8tre et de longueur de pi\u00e8ces tourn\u00e9es, la v\u00e9rification de pr\u00e9sence de broches de connecteurs, la d\u00e9tection de bavures sur les composants moul\u00e9s par injection, la mesure de jeux dans les sous-ensembles assembl\u00e9s et l&rsquo;inspection de profil de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e9rie DL3M : illuminateurs LED miniatures haute intensit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La s\u00e9rie RODER DL3M est con\u00e7ue pour les applications n\u00e9cessitant un \u00e9clairage compact et \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier miniature.
