Le co\u00fbt total du projet englobe les cam\u00e9ras, les objectifs, l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage, le mat\u00e9riel de traitement, les logiciels, la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration, la mise en service et la maintenance continue. Parmi ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage est souvent sous-estim\u00e9, tant pour sa contribution aux performances du syst\u00e8me que pour son impact sur le co\u00fbt total du projet. Des choix d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage inadapt\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des surco\u00fbts de plusieurs mani\u00e8res : ils incitent l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe \u00e0 choisir des cam\u00e9ras et des objectifs aux sp\u00e9cifications plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es pour compenser une faible qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;image, ils allongent le temps d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration par des it\u00e9rations de r\u00e9glage r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es et g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des appels d&rsquo;assistance sur le terrain lorsque le syst\u00e8me ne parvient pas \u00e0 fonctionner de mani\u00e8re fiable en production.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opter pour un \u00e9clairage plus intelligent permet de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts du projet \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape : sp\u00e9cification, int\u00e9gration, mise en service et exploitation. Les d\u00e9cisions les plus d\u00e9terminantes concernent la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage, la longueur d&rsquo;onde, la marge d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9, la gestion thermique et la modularit\u00e9 de la plateforme. Chacun de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments a des cons\u00e9quences directes et mesurables sur le budget global du projet et sur le co\u00fbt continu du maintien en fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me de vision tout au long de sa dur\u00e9e de vie.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le co\u00fbt r\u00e9el d&rsquo;un \u00e9clairage sous-dimensionn\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;erreur d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage la plus fr\u00e9quente dans les projets de vision industrielle est le sous-dimensionnement. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe s\u00e9lectionne l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage le moins cher qui semble fonctionner lors des essais en laboratoire et passe \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration. Sur le terrain, le syst\u00e8me tombe en panne de mani\u00e8re intermittente. Les d\u00e9faillances sont attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;algorithme de vision, aux r\u00e9glages de la cam\u00e9ra ou aux variations des pi\u00e8ces inspect\u00e9es. Des heures de recherche de pannes s&rsquo;\u00e9coulent avant que la cause fondamentale ne soit attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 un \u00e9clairage insuffisant ou inconstant.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un \u00e9clairage sous-dimensionn\u00e9 se traduit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par une marge d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 insuffisante. Si l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage ne fournit \u00e0 la cam\u00e9ra que la lumi\u00e8re juste n\u00e9cessaire pour une exposition correcte dans des conditions id\u00e9ales, toute modification de la distance de travail, de la finition de surface de la pi\u00e8ce, du niveau de lumi\u00e8re ambiante ou de l&rsquo;\u00e9mission des LED due \u00e0 la d\u00e9rive thermique fera passer le syst\u00e8me en dessous de son seuil de fonctionnement. Cette marge absorbe les effets combin\u00e9s du vieillissement des LED, de la baisse d&rsquo;\u00e9mission thermique, des variations de r\u00e9flectance de surface des pi\u00e8ces et de la tol\u00e9rance sur la distance de travail. Int\u00e9grer cette marge d\u00e8s la phase de conception ne co\u00fbte rien : cela consiste simplement \u00e0 choisir la taille sup\u00e9rieure dans la gamme d&rsquo;\u00e9clairages ou \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la distance de travail. D\u00e9couvrir que la marge est trop faible apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;installation co\u00fbte beaucoup plus cher en recherche de pannes, modifications et temps d&rsquo;arr\u00eat.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">G\u00e9om\u00e9trie d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage : r\u00e9ussir du premier coup<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage d\u00e9termine ce que la cam\u00e9ra peut voir. Choisir une mauvaise g\u00e9om\u00e9trie emp\u00eachera la cam\u00e9ra de voir les d\u00e9fauts ou caract\u00e9ristiques que l&rsquo;inspection doit d\u00e9tecter. Aucun traitement d&rsquo;image ne peut restituer des informations qui n&rsquo;ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 captur\u00e9es. Se tromper de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie au stade du prototype implique de red\u00e9finir et de remplacer l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage avant l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration, ce qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re des co\u00fbts et des retards suppl\u00e9mentaires.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prototypage avec flexibilit\u00e9 g\u00e9om\u00e9trique<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les familles d&rsquo;\u00e9clairages RODER Vision comprennent plusieurs options g\u00e9om\u00e9triques : matricielle directe, annulaire, d\u00f4me plat, champ sombre, r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage et \u00e9clairages barrettes. R\u00e9aliser le prototypage avec des \u00e9chantillons repr\u00e9sentatifs de chaque cat\u00e9gorie g\u00e9om\u00e9trique avant de s&rsquo;engager sur une commande de s\u00e9rie est \u00e9conomiquement tr\u00e8s avantageux. Le temps consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 tester diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9om\u00e9tries pendant la phase de prototype est minime par rapport au co\u00fbt de retouche d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9 lorsqu&rsquo;une erreur de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie appara\u00eet en production.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De nombreux projets tirent parti de la combinaison de deux modes d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage : un premier pour la t\u00e2che d&rsquo;inspection principale et un second pour une t\u00e2che secondaire telle que la d\u00e9tection de plis ou l&rsquo;accentuation du contraste de surface. Concevoir un \u00e9clairage double d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, avec des \u00e9clairages distincts d\u00e9clench\u00e9s par stroboscope pour chaque mode, est bien moins co\u00fbteux que de rajouter un second canal d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage une fois le syst\u00e8me construit. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e9lection de la longueur d&rsquo;onde et compatibilit\u00e9 avec la cam\u00e9ra<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La s\u00e9lection de la longueur d&rsquo;onde fa\u00e7onne \u00e0 la fois la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;image et le co\u00fbt du syst\u00e8me. Utiliser la longueur d&rsquo;onde adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la t\u00e2che d&rsquo;inspection sp\u00e9cifique peut permettre \u00e0 une cam\u00e9ra moins co\u00fbteuse d&rsquo;atteindre les m\u00eames performances de d\u00e9tection qu&rsquo;une cam\u00e9ra plus ch\u00e8re fonctionnant sous un \u00e9clairage sous-optimal. Le capteur en silicium d&rsquo;une cam\u00e9ra monochromatique standard pr\u00e9sente un pic de sensibilit\u00e9 dans la bande du rouge et du proche infrarouge, entre 600 nm et 900 nm. Un \u00e9clairage rouge ou proche infrarouge tire pleinement parti de cette sensibilit\u00e9 maximale et maximise le rapport signal sur bruit dans l&rsquo;image.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9viter le surdimensionnement des cam\u00e9ras gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un meilleur \u00e9clairage<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un facteur de surco\u00fbt fr\u00e9quent dans les projets de vision industrielle r\u00e9side dans le surdimensionnement de la cam\u00e9ra pour compenser un \u00e9clairage m\u00e9diocre. Si la lumi\u00e8re est trop faible ou g\u00e9n\u00e8re trop de bruit d&rsquo;image, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe peut choisir de passer \u00e0 une cam\u00e9ra dot\u00e9e d&rsquo;un capteur plus grand, d&rsquo;un bruit de lecture plus faible ou d&rsquo;une r\u00e9solution en pixels sup\u00e9rieure pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;image. Un \u00e9clairage aux sp\u00e9cifications plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la sensibilit\u00e9 du capteur constitue presque toujours la solution la moins co\u00fbteuse. L&rsquo;augmentation du co\u00fbt de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage ne repr\u00e9sente qu&rsquo;une fraction du co\u00fbt de mont\u00e9e en gamme de la cam\u00e9ra, et le gain de qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;image obtenu est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sup\u00e9rieur.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9clairage stroboscopique : efficacit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage stroboscopique r\u00e9duit la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage tout en offrant une intensit\u00e9 de pointe sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle d&rsquo;un \u00e9clairage en mode continu de taille physique \u00e9quivalente. Pour l&rsquo;inspection sur des lignes de production en mouvement, le mode stroboscopique constitue presque toujours le choix judicieux. L&rsquo;association d&rsquo;une consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie moyenne plus faible, d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e de vie des LED prolong\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un stress thermique r\u00e9duit et d&rsquo;une intensit\u00e9 de pointe plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour figer le mouvement fait de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage stroboscopique le mode de fonctionnement le plus rentable dans la majorit\u00e9 des applications de vision industrielle.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dur\u00e9e de vie des LED et co\u00fbts de remplacement<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La dur\u00e9e de vie des LED dans les \u00e9clairages de vision industrielle d\u00e9pend fortement de la temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement. Une LED fonctionnant \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de jonction sup\u00e9rieure de 10 \u00b0C \u00e0 son maximum nominal dure environ deux fois moins longtemps qu&rsquo;une LED fonctionnant dans son enveloppe thermique nominale. Les syst\u00e8mes de vision industrielle fonctionnent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 24 heures sur 24 et 365 jours par an. Avec ces cycles de fonctionnement, un facteur deux sur la dur\u00e9e de vie des LED se traduit directement par un doublement des co\u00fbts de remplacement et de maintenance sur toute la dur\u00e9e de vie du syst\u00e8me.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La technologie HTTM de RODER Vision contr\u00f4le activement la temp\u00e9rature de jonction des LED, la maintenant dans la plage optimale quelles que soient les variations de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante ou du courant d&rsquo;alimentation. Des \u00e9clairages n\u00e9cessitant des supports sur mesure ou des interfaces de montage non standard augmentent les co\u00fbts de conception et de fabrication m\u00e9canique. Un \u00e9clairage \u00e0 bas prix d&rsquo;achat pr\u00e9sentant une mauvaise gestion thermique, une faible dur\u00e9e de vie des LED et des interfaces non standard entra\u00eene g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un TCO plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un \u00e9clairage aux sp\u00e9cifications sup\u00e9rieures provenant d&rsquo;un fabricant professionnel. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9valuer les \u00e9clairages sur la base du TCO plut\u00f4t que du seul prix d&rsquo;achat conduit syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e0 de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats de projet. L&rsquo;\u00e9cart de prix d&rsquo;achat entre un \u00e9clairage professionnel et une unit\u00e9 standard est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement amorti d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;exploitation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une maintenance r\u00e9duite, une consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie inf\u00e9rieure et moins d&rsquo;\u00e9checs d&rsquo;inspection.
