Les exigences d&rsquo;inspection varient fortement selon le type de fermeture et la cat\u00e9gorie de produit. Le d\u00e9fi principal reste constant : la surface de la fermeture est souvent courbe, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissante et doit \u00eatre inspect\u00e9e \u00e0 des vitesses de ligne tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es avec z\u00e9ro tol\u00e9rance pour les produits d\u00e9fectueux arrivant jusqu&rsquo;au consommateur.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le choix de la technique d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage \u00e0 LED est le facteur le plus important pour d\u00e9terminer si un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;inspection de bouchons atteint une d\u00e9tection fiable ou g\u00e9n\u00e8re un nombre excessif de faux rejets. Une mauvaise g\u00e9om\u00e9trie d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage produit des images o\u00f9 le d\u00e9faut est invisible, peu importe la sophistication de l&rsquo;algorithme de traitement d&rsquo;images. Ce guide couvre les principales t\u00e2ches d&rsquo;inspection sur les fermetures de bouteilles et les approches d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage offrant des r\u00e9sultats fiables pour chacune d&rsquo;elles.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9tection de pr\u00e9sence et d&rsquo;absence de bouchon<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La t\u00e2che d&rsquo;inspection de fermeture la plus fondamentale consiste \u00e0 confirmer qu&rsquo;un bouchon est pr\u00e9sent sur chaque bouteille avant que le produit ne quitte la station de remplissage. La bouteille est \u00e9clair\u00e9e par l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re. Une bouteille correctement bouch\u00e9e bloque le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage dans la zone du bouchon, tandis qu&rsquo;une bouteille non bouch\u00e9e laisse passer le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage \u00e0 travers le goulot ouvert. La surface du bouchon g\u00e9n\u00e8re un motif de r\u00e9flexion caract\u00e9ristique, tandis que le goulot d&rsquo;une bouteille non bouch\u00e9e en produit un tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent. L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage doit maximiser la diff\u00e9rence de luminosit\u00e9 entre les conditions bouch\u00e9e et non bouch\u00e9e.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9tection d&rsquo;alignement et d&rsquo;inclinaison du bouchon<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un bouchon pr\u00e9sent mais d\u00e9salign\u00e9 \u2014 inclin\u00e9, de travers ou mal filet\u00e9 \u2014 constitue un d\u00e9faut grave. Il peut provoquer des fuites de produit, la d\u00e9faillance du t\u00e9moin d&rsquo;inviolabilit\u00e9 ou des r\u00e9clamations de consommateurs. L&rsquo;inspection de l&rsquo;alignement du bouchon mesure la position angulaire et l&rsquo;inclinaison du bouchon par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;axe de la bouteille.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9tection d&rsquo;alignement en vue de dessus<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les bouchons pr\u00e9sentant une surface sup\u00e9rieure plate ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement bomb\u00e9e, une cam\u00e9ra en vue de dessus avec \u00e9clairage annulaire offre une image claire de l&rsquo;interface entre le bouchon et la bouteille. Le d\u00e9salignement appara\u00eet sous la forme d&rsquo;un \u00e9cart asym\u00e9trique ou d&rsquo;une ombre sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre du bouchon. Un \u00e9clairage annulaire \u00e0 faible angle (rasant) augmente la visibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ombre d&rsquo;\u00e9cart et rend mesurables de petits d\u00e9salignements.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspection du profil en vue lat\u00e9rale<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;inspection en vue lat\u00e9rale avec r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage fournit l&rsquo;image la plus claire de l&rsquo;inclinaison du bouchon. Un bouchon correctement appliqu\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente un bord sup\u00e9rieur horizontal, tandis qu&rsquo;un bouchon inclin\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente un bord en pente. L&rsquo;imagerie par silhouette en r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage est la technique la plus pr\u00e9cise pour mesurer l&rsquo;angle d&rsquo;inclinaison du bouchon car la position du bord provient du contour de la silhouette plut\u00f4t que de la r\u00e9flectance de surface du bouchon.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspection du t\u00e9moin d&rsquo;inviolabilit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du scell\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De nombreux types de fermetures comportent une bande d&rsquo;inviolabilit\u00e9 (t\u00e9moin d&rsquo;inviolabilit\u00e9) qui se rompt ou se s\u00e9pare du corps du bouchon lors de la premi\u00e8re ouverture de la fermeture. Confirmer l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du t\u00e9moin d&rsquo;inviolabilit\u00e9 avant l&rsquo;exp\u00e9dition du produit est un contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 obligatoire dans les applications pharmaceutiques et alimentaires. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e9rification de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la bande<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bande de t\u00e9moin d&rsquo;inviolabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une fermeture est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un anneau \u00e9troit situ\u00e9 \u00e0 la base du bouchon. L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage en d\u00f4me ou l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage annulaire \u00e0 faible angle fait ressortir le profil de la bande avec un contraste \u00e9lev\u00e9. Une bande rompue ou partiellement s\u00e9par\u00e9e appara\u00eet sous la forme d&rsquo;une ligne brillante ou d&rsquo;un \u00e9cart \u00e0 la base du bouchon, d\u00e9celable comme une anomalie de luminosit\u00e9 ou de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie dans l&rsquo;image.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e9rification de la pr\u00e9sence de scell\u00e9s par induction<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les produits scell\u00e9s par un opercule d&rsquo;induction n\u00e9cessitent de v\u00e9rifier que l&rsquo;opercule est pr\u00e9sent et intact. L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage NIR peut traverser certains mat\u00e9riaux de bouchon et r\u00e9v\u00e9ler la pr\u00e9sence ou l&rsquo;absence du scell\u00e9 d&rsquo;opercule sous le bouchon. Pour les mat\u00e9riaux de bouchon transparents ou semi-transparents, un r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage \u00e0 longueur d&rsquo;onde visible peut montrer le contour de l&rsquo;opercule \u00e0 travers le corps du bouchon.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e9rification de la couleur et de l&rsquo;impression du bouchon<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur les lignes d&#8217;emballage multi-SKU, confirmer que la couleur de bouchon et l&rsquo;impression correctes sont appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque variante de produit est une t\u00e2che d&rsquo;inspection critique. Une mauvaise couleur de bouchon sur un produit pharmaceutique pourrait provoquer une grave erreur de d\u00e9livrance. Dans la production d&rsquo;aliments et de boissons, des couleurs ou impressions de bouchon incorrectes entra\u00eenent des non-conformit\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9tiquetage.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La v\u00e9rification de la couleur du bouchon n\u00e9cessite un \u00e9clairage \u00e0 \u00e9mission spectrale stable. Toute variation de la temp\u00e9rature de couleur ou de la distribution spectrale de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage modifie la couleur apparente du bouchon dans l&rsquo;image de la cam\u00e9ra. Les \u00e9clairages RODER Vision DL6 et DC6 utilisent la technologie de gestion thermique HTTM pour maintenir stable la temp\u00e9rature de jonction LED et conserver une \u00e9mission spectrale uniforme sur diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes et cycles de fonctionnement.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la v\u00e9rification d&rsquo;impression sur les bouchons \u2014 num\u00e9ros de lot, dates de p\u00e9remption ou marquages de marque \u2014, un \u00e9clairage frontal direct \u00e0 un angle mod\u00e9r\u00e9 offre le meilleur contraste pour la lecture de codes alphanum\u00e9riques. L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage UV peut accentuer le contraste de certains types d&rsquo;encre qui fluorescent sous excitation ultraviolette. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e9rification du couple de serrage et de l&rsquo;application<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certains syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;inspection de fermetures incluent un contr\u00f4le du rep\u00e8re de couple de serrage. Une fl\u00e8che ou un rep\u00e8re d&rsquo;indication de couple sur le bouchon d\u00e9cale sa position par rapport \u00e0 un rep\u00e8re de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur la bouteille lorsque le bouchon est correctement serr\u00e9 au couple. L&rsquo;inspection par vision confirme que l&rsquo;indicateur de couple est dans la bonne position angulaire apr\u00e8s la station de bouchage.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette inspection n\u00e9cessite un \u00e9clairage offrant un contraste \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour le rep\u00e8re de couple par rapport \u00e0 la surface du bouchon. L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage en d\u00f4me ou d\u00f4me plat est pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 pour les bouchons r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants o\u00f9 un \u00e9clairage direct g\u00e9n\u00e9rerait des points chauds sp\u00e9culaires masquant le rep\u00e8re. Pour les surfaces de bouchon mates ou structur\u00e9es, un \u00e9clairage annulaire direct par le haut suffit.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e9lection de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage pour l&rsquo;inspection des bouchons<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9clairage en d\u00f4me pour bouchons r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants et courbes<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage en d\u00f4me est le choix standard pour les bouchons hautement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants tels que les fermetures en aluminium, les bouchons en plastique \u00e0 finition m\u00e9tallis\u00e9e et les bouteilles opercul\u00e9es.
