Le verre est con\u00e7u pour laisser passer la lumi\u00e8re directement \u00e0 travers lui, ce qui rend les techniques standard d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage frontal quasiment inefficaces. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les ing\u00e9nieurs se heurtent \u00e0 trois obstacles majeurs :<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>R\u00e9flexion sp\u00e9culaire <\/strong>: Les surfaces tr\u00e8s polies projettent des \u00ab points chauds \u00bb qui \u00e9blouissent le capteur de la cam\u00e9ra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faible contraste<\/strong> : Les d\u00e9fauts comme les bulles transparentes ou les rayures partagent la m\u00eame couleur que le fond.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9fraction <\/strong>: La forme courbe de nombreux objets en verre (des bouteilles, par exemple) d\u00e9vie la lumi\u00e8re, cr\u00e9ant des distorsions optiques qui sont confondues avec des d\u00e9fauts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mode en transmission : Le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage pour d\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9fauts internes<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La configuration la plus r\u00e9pandue et la plus fiable pour les mat\u00e9riaux transparents est le <strong>mode en transmission.<\/strong> Placer un r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage \u00e0 LED uniforme, comme la <strong>s\u00e9rie BL3 de RODER<\/strong>, directement derri\u00e8re l&rsquo;objet permet au syst\u00e8me de fonctionner selon le principe de l&rsquo;occlusion de la lumi\u00e8re. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque la lumi\u00e8re traverse le verre, toute impuret\u00e9 interne \u2014 une pierre, une inclusion m\u00e9tallique ou une bulle de taille importante \u2014 la bloque ou la diffuse. Cela produit une tache sombre \u00e0 fort contraste sur un champ blanc lumineux, de sorte que le logiciel de vision signale un d\u00e9faut d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;il appara\u00eet. C&rsquo;est la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence absolue pour confirmer les niveaux de remplissage de liquide et pour d\u00e9tecter les contaminants dans la production d&rsquo;aliments et de boissons.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mode en r\u00e9flexion : D\u00e9tection des rev\u00eatements et des rayures de surface<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que la transmission scrute \u00e0 travers le verre, le <strong>mode en r\u00e9flexion<\/strong> en examine la surface. Cette technique est essentielle pour contr\u00f4ler les rev\u00eatements sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s (par exemple des couches antireflet ou hydrophobes) et pour rep\u00e9rer les fines rayures de surface qui ne traversent pas l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur du mat\u00e9riau. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En r\u00e9glant la lumi\u00e8re selon un angle d&rsquo;incidence sp\u00e9cifique, la cam\u00e9ra capte la lumi\u00e8re qui rebondit sur la surface. Toute rupture dans le rev\u00eatement ou toute rayure physique modifie le motif de r\u00e9flexion, faisant appara\u00eetre le d\u00e9faut sous la forme d&rsquo;un \u00e9clat lumineux ou d&rsquo;un vide sombre. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9clairage en champ sombre pour les inclusions et les micro-bulles<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les d\u00e9fauts passent sous la barre des 0,1 mm, le r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage ordinaire risque de \u00ab d\u00e9laver \u00bb l&rsquo;imperfection et de la rendre invisible. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9clairage en champ sombre<\/strong> prend tout son sens. Dans une configuration en champ sombre, la lumi\u00e8re est positionn\u00e9e sous un faible angle afin de ne jamais p\u00e9n\u00e9trer directement dans l&rsquo;objectif de la cam\u00e9ra.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur une pi\u00e8ce de verre sans d\u00e9faut, la cam\u00e9ra ne voit que du noir. Mais si une micro-bulle ou une petite inclusion est pr\u00e9sente, elle diffuse la lumi\u00e8re vers l&rsquo;objectif et le d\u00e9faut brille intens\u00e9ment sur un fond noir profond. Cette m\u00e9thode est in\u00e9gal\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;inspection de pr\u00e9cision des composants optiques.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Techniques d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage edge-lit pour les panneaux de verre plat<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les grands panneaux de verre plat, l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9clairage edge-lit<\/strong> (ou \u00e9clairage lat\u00e9ral) est une approche extr\u00eamement efficace. La lumi\u00e8re est inject\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur du verre par les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la <strong>r\u00e9flexion totale interne (TIR)<\/strong>, elle reste pi\u00e9g\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la structure du verre. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu&rsquo;une fissure, une \u00e9br\u00e9chure ou un marquage grav\u00e9 au laser se trouve \u00e0 la surface, la TIR est \u00ab frustr\u00e9e \u00bb et la lumi\u00e8re s&rsquo;\u00e9chappe \u00e0 cet endroit exact. Le d\u00e9faut s&rsquo;illumine alors vivement, ce qui permet au syst\u00e8me de vision de signaler facilement les fissures structurelles qui pourraient autrement conduire \u00e0 une rupture catastrophique. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SWIR pour l&rsquo;inspection en transmission dans l&rsquo;infrarouge \u00e0 ondes courtes<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parfois, les d\u00e9fauts les plus dangereux restent invisibles \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153il humain et aux capteurs CMOS standard. L&rsquo;\u00e9clairage et l&rsquo;imagerie <strong>infrarouge \u00e0 ondes courtes (SWIR)<\/strong> ouvrent l&rsquo;inspection dans la plage de 900 nm \u00e0 1 700 nm.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le SWIR est particuli\u00e8rement utile pour :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inspecter les plastiques opaques qui deviennent transparents dans le spectre IR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lire les niveaux d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 ou de liquide \u00e0 travers du verre fonc\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rep\u00e9rer des rev\u00eatements chimiques sp\u00e9cifiques qui ne r\u00e9pondent qu&rsquo;aux longueurs d&rsquo;onde infrarouges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lumi\u00e8re polaris\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;analyse de la bir\u00e9fringence sous contrainte<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le verre est un \u00ab liquide fig\u00e9 \u00bb. S&rsquo;il est refroidi trop rapidement ou manipul\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re inad\u00e9quate, des contraintes internes s&rsquo;y accumulent. Ces contraintes restent invisibles sous une lumi\u00e8re normale, mais elles peuvent provoquer la rupture spontan\u00e9e du verre.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la <strong>lumi\u00e8re polaris\u00e9e<\/strong>, les fabricants peuvent r\u00e9aliser une <strong>analyse de la bir\u00e9fringence sous contrainte<\/strong>. En pla\u00e7ant le verre entre deux polariseurs crois\u00e9s, les motifs de contrainte interne se transforment en franges color\u00e9es ou en bandes arc-en-ciel.
