LUCON® 2 — the compact lighting control
LUCON® 2 is a precision LED light controller with current and voltage regulation, designed to drive virtually any LED illumination in machine vision and image acquisition. It operates in continuous or flash mode, with currents up to 20 A per channel, and uses a modular master/slave architecture so a single interface can configure up to 16 independent lighting channels.

Key features
By regulating both current and voltage, LUCON® 2 reaches high efficiency and therefore generates less heat. One module supplies power to one LED light channel; in total up to 16 independent lighting systems can be controlled.
A LUCON® 2 master combines a communication section and a power section, so it acts as the configuration interface for the user and for all light channels. A LUCON® 2 slave has only a power section. All connected channels are configured from a single interface on the master, while each module stores its own channel configuration decentrally.
